What we aim to change
The change we are working towards
These are aims, not results. Verified results will be published on our Impact page as evidence becomes available.
- Capability. Young people build practical leadership, digital, entrepreneurial, financial, employability and career capabilities.
- Connection. Young people strengthen the networks and experience that help them navigate work, enterprise and leadership.
- Access. Young people are better placed to pursue opportunities in work, enterprise and leadership.
We use monitoring, evaluation and learning to understand progress, identify what needs to improve and inform future programme decisions.
NextGen Leaders works with young people. Safeguarding is a core responsibility across programme design and delivery, and participants are treated with dignity and respect.
We work to strengthen local ownership and build pathways for longer-term change, strengthening what works.
